SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your purchase at Grandvalira Moda. We aim to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, from the moment you place your order until it is delivered. To ensure clarity and peace of mind, we have outlined our shipping policy below.


Processing & Delivery Times

Grandvalira Moda works with carefully selected international suppliers. Orders are shipped directly from our partner warehouses to allow us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices.

Estimated delivery timeline:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 5–10 business days

In most cases, orders are delivered within this estimated timeframe. Should any unexpected delay occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

If you choose to return a product, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep this in mind when ordering multiple items for trial purposes.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a tracking number by email. This tracking number allows you to follow your shipment via our tracking partner ParcelPanel, using the link provided.

Please note that it may take 2–3 days before the first tracking updates become visible. After this period, you will also be able to view the estimated delivery date.


Delivery Issues

Although rare, delivery issues may occasionally occur. In such cases, the following applies:

Damaged product
If your product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. Refunds are not issued at this stage. If the replacement product also arrives damaged, a full refund will be provided.

Lost package
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered, we will first send a replacement package at no additional cost before proceeding with a refund. Our priority is to successfully deliver your order.

Refused delivery / failed delivery attempts
If a delivery is refused at the door or delivery attempts fail multiple times, the package may be held at the local post office for up to 7 days. If not collected within this period, the package may be returned to the supplier in Asia.

In the event of a second failed delivery, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the refundable amount to cover handling and shipping costs.


Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment by our automated systems. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If you are not satisfied after receiving your order, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

Grandvalira Moda works with a global network of suppliers, many of whom are based in Asia. This allows us to offer unique, high-quality products at competitive prices.

All products are inspected and tested before shipment and comply with applicable international quality standards. We work exclusively with trusted manufacturers committed to quality and reliability.
