At Grandvalira Moda, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in accordance with the policy below. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.


Return Conditions

  • Return period: You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition of items: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging.

  • Exceptions: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including underwear, jewelry, and hygiene products, unless they arrive defective.


How to Return a Product

    Please retain your shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.


Return Shipping

Please note that all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Asia, and all returns must also be sent back to this address. By placing an order with us, you agree to this return procedure.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items to ensure successful delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the carrier.

Refund Policy

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • After approval, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
